Seller and Licence Terms

For creators who offer assets (reports, methods, digital products, project packages) on the VUNZY Market. Operated by SMARTEDTECH SL (NIF B66970831).

1. Rights You must hold the rights to what you offer and describe them in the asset's rights profile. Buyers receive a licence on the stated terms; intellectual property is not transferred unless a separate agreement says so.

2. Safe Demo Previews show what the asset does without exposing its core (Safe Demo). You choose what the preview shows within our masking rules.

3. Preflight and publication Assets pass a preflight check (rights, prohibited content, pricing) before publication. Publication is your explicit action.

4. Prices, fees and refunds Prices come from the price list you set within VUNZY's rules. VUNZY charges the fee shown before publication. Refunds follow the refund rules shown to the buyer before purchase.
