VUNZY uses electronic signatures under the EU eIDAS Regulation through a qualified trust service partner.

• Service agreements, offers and acceptances: advanced electronic signature (AdES).
• Sale, lease and partnership agreements: advanced electronic signature (AdES), unless the law requires more.
• Acts that require a qualified signature or a notary are done outside VUNZY with the competent authority; VUNZY stores the evidence.

Every signature is preceded by a preview of the exact document and is recorded with its time and audit reference.
