Marketplace and Deal Notice

1. Our role VUNZY is a platform. It helps parties find each other, compare offers, sign agreements and track delivery. VUNZY is not a party to deals between users, not an agent, broker or escrow service, and does not hold funds in escrow.

2. Legal title and regulated steps Where a deal involves legal title (for example a business transfer or lease), the transfer happens with the competent external authority (notary, registry). VUNZY records the proof but does not perform the transfer.

3. Acceptance before any deal No deal can start until the parties have accepted the current Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and the terms for their role.

Each deal mode (service, sale, lease, partnership, transfer) shows its specific annex before signature.
