Provider Terms

For providers and experts who receive requests through VUNZY. Operated by SMARTEDTECH SL (NIF B66970831).

1. Verification Providers complete business verification (KYB) before receiving requests. Information must be accurate and kept up to date.

2. Requests and offers You receive only requests you are eligible for, with the reasons shown. Your rank for a request is based on your work and fit; sponsors cannot change it. Contact details are shared only after a contract is signed.

3. Delivery and acceptance Work is delivered in agreed milestones. The customer accepts or asks for changes through VUNZY. Disputes follow the dispute process, with a human reviewer.

4. Fees and payouts VUNZY charges the transaction fee shown before you accept a request. Payouts go through our payment partner after acceptance, minus fees, refunds and chargebacks.

5. Reviews Only verified customers of a completed interaction can review you, once per interaction. You can reply and appeal.

6. Conduct No off-platform solicitation of contact before signature, no fake reviews, no misleading claims.
