Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of VUNZY, operated by SMARTEDTECH SL (NIF B66970831), Carrer Agricultura 16, 1º 9ª, 08320 El Masnou, Barcelona, Spain ("VUNZY", "we").

1. What VUNZY is VUNZY helps people and organisations test ideas with evidence, connect with the right people and measure what actually happened. VUNZY supports decisions; it does not make them for you and it does not sell certainty. Results show their sources, ranges and uncertainty.

2. Accounts You need an account to create a Vunz or take part in any binding step. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and be old enough under our Minors and Guardian Policy. Accounts are personal; organisation accounts are managed by their administrators.

3. Your content You keep your rights in what you upload. You give us the licence we need to host, process and show it to the people you choose. A Vunz you create is private until you decide to publish it; publishing is always your explicit action after a preview.

4. AI and agents Some features use AI agents. Agents prepare drafts and structured exchanges; binding decisions (thresholds, contracts, payments, publication) are always taken by a person. Agent output is labelled.

5. Prohibited use Do not use VUNZY to break the law, infringe rights, harass people, scrape data, attempt to identify individuals, evaluate people for employment, credit, insurance, housing or health decisions, or to bypass our security or rate limits.

6. Paid features Paid plans and fees are described before you pay. Prices come from our published price list. You can cancel at any time; cancellation is one click.

7. Liability VUNZY is provided with reasonable care. We are not liable for decisions you take using VUNZY outputs, for indirect losses, or beyond the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such limits.

8. Changes and termination We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance and new versions require your acceptance. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Law and disputes Spanish law applies. Consumers keep the protections and courts of their country of residence. Business users submit to the courts of Barcelona.
